The OeAD Housing Office (OeAD-WohnraumverwaltungsGmbH) is a 100% subsidiary of the OeAD. The OeAD Housing Office provides places in student halls of residence and small flats for recipients of OeAD grants, Erasmus students, in general exchange students and visiting professors.
Its main goal is on one hand to guarantee the best possible utilization of capacities and on the other hand, in its function as a service organization, to make sure that grant recipients and visiting professors are as satisfied as possible with the accommodation provided.
In Vienna alone the OeAD Housing Offices has more than 2000 places in student halls of residence and flats at its disposal.
These places are available all year round; during the summer months (July – September) we have free capacities (for up to 100 people in the same building, central location, excellent infrastructure, cooking facilities, etc.) for summer courses, conferences or various events.
